Aviso Legal / Exención de Responsabilidad

  1. Declaro que, al inscribirme en este evento, soy consciente de los riesgos asociados y asumo toda la responsabilidad por cualquier accidente o daño que pueda ocurrir fuera de los lugares del evento, ya sea que me afecten a mí o a terceros. Renuncio a cualquier derecho a reclamar una indemnización o a responsabilizar a la organización del UB Pukas Freeride (Club Madrid Downhill).

  2. Este evento incluye Seguro de Accidentes Personales y de Responsabilidad Civil.

  3. Todos los participantes deben cumplir con las leyes y normativas de tráfico, así como respetar las costumbres y prácticas de las comunidades locales. Los participantes son completamente responsables de los accidentes que puedan causar.

  4. Acepto la publicación de fotos y vídeos realizados por la Organización en las redes sociales de la Club Madrid Downhill así como de Urethane Burners.

  5. He tomado conocimiento del Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD), así como de la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, en vigor en España. En este sentido, autorizo la recepción de información sobre futuros eventos organizados por Club Madrid Downhill a través de cualquier medio de comunicación.

  6. Todos los participantes deben prestar ayuda a otros participantes cuando se les solicite.

  7. Los participantes deben familiarizarse con el recorrido y el nivel de dificultad antes de realizar el primer descenso.

  8. En caso de accidentes leves o graves, los participantes no deben abandonar el lugar del evento sin dejar su nombre y dirección, siempre que sea posible.

  9. Los participantes no deben embarcar ni desembarcar de los medios de transporte salvo en las áreas designadas o bajo la orientación del coordinador del evento.

  10. Los participantes no deben dañar el lugar del evento, especialmente en lo referente al manejo de residuos.

  11. Las conductas ofensivas o el lenguaje obsceno en los lugares del evento serán motivo de expulsión del evento.

Política de Cancelaciones

  • La inscripción al evento no será válida si no se realiza el pago correspondiente en las 24 horas siguientes a la inscripción y no se presenta el justificante de pago. En tal caso, se pierde el derecho a asistir al evento sin derecho a reserva de plaza.

  • Una vez realizada la inscripción y el pago, el plazo para cancelarla y solicitar la devolución del importe será hasta el 18 de mayo de 2025 (inclusive). Pasada esta fecha, no se realizarán devoluciones. No obstante, la inscripción podrá ser transferida a otro participante o guardada para el evento del año siguiente, en caso de que este se lleve a cabo.

  • En caso de que el evento sea cancelado por causas ajenas a la organización, se procederá a reembolsar el importe de todas las inscripciones mediante transferencia bancaria. El proceso de devolución podrá realizarse de forma escalonada según la disponibilidad y plazos administrativos.

Disclaimer / Waiver of Liability

  1. I declare that, by registering for this event, I am aware of the risks associated with it and assume full responsibility for any accidents or damages that may occur outside the event venues, whether affecting me or third parties. I waive any right to claim compensation or hold the UB Pukas Freeride (Club Madrid Downhill) organization responsible.

  2. This event includes Personal Accident Insurance and Civil Liability Insurance.

  3. All participants must comply with traffic laws and regulations, as well as respect the customs and practices of the local communities. Participants are fully responsible for any accidents they may cause.

  4. I accept the publication of photos and videos taken by the Organization on the Club Madrid Downhill social media accounts, as well as those of Urethane Burners.

  5. I acknowledge the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, which is in effect in Spain. In this regard, I authorize the receipt of information about future events organized by Club Madrid Downhill through any means of communication.

  6. All participants must assist other participants when requested.

  7. Participants should familiarize themselves with the course and the level of difficulty before their first descent.

  8. In the event of minor or serious accidents, participants must not leave the event venue without providing their name and address, whenever possible.

  9. Participants must not board or disembark from transportation except in designated areas or under the direction of the event coordinator.

  10. Participants must not damage the event venue, especially regarding waste management.

  11. Offensive behavior or obscene language at the event venues will result in expulsion from the event.

Cancellation Policy

  1. The registration for the event will not be valid if the corresponding payment is not made within 24 hours of registration and the payment proof is not provided. In such cases, the right to attend the event is forfeited, and the participant loses the reserved spot.

  2. Once the registration and payment have been made, the deadline to cancel and request a refund will be until May 18, 2025 (inclusive). After this date, no refunds will be given. However, the registration may be transferred to another participant or saved for the following year’s event, if it is held.

  3. If the event is canceled due to reasons beyond the control of the organization, the amounts for all registrations will be refunded by bank transfer. The refund process may be carried out in stages, depending on availability and administrative timelines.
