Refund policy
General Policy
Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 30 days of receipt by contacting Urethane Burners at shop@urethaneburners.com. Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- Condition of Products: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Pre-Approval Required: All returns and exchanges must be approved by Urethane Burners before shipping the items back.
Shipping Costs
- Color/Size Exchanges: For exchanges due to a change in color or size, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of returning the original product and shipping the replacement.
- Defective Products: If a product is returned due to a defect or an error on the part of Urethane Burners, the company will cover all shipping expenses.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- For Defective Products or Company Errors: A full refund, including the product price and shipping costs, will be issued once Urethane Burners verifies the defect or error.
- Other Cases: Refunds for non-defective items or cancellations will be issued minus the payment gateway’s transaction fees, which typically range from 5% to 10% of the total transaction amount (including shipping costs).
