UB BRAKE SOLES
More grip. Longer shoes. Shorter stops.
Improve your riding just by putting the UB Brake Soles on your shoes. They give you more grip and confidence over your board, protect your shoes from wear, and shorten your brake distance when you footbrake.
If you're thinking: "I don't like soles, bro. You lose the board feel…" , fair point. You're adding 4mm of extra sole, so yes, you'll lose a tiny bit of feeling. But you gain serious control and your shoes last way longer. You're earning more than you lose. 😉
- Material: Made from brand new car tires — that's why the rubber quality is on another level.
- Dimensions: 340 x 125 x 4 mm [approx.]

How to glue the UB brake soles?
You can apply them to old or new shoes — new shoes give a cleaner finish.
- Make sure your shoe soles are clean.
- Sand the surface of your shoes and the UB soles.
- Apply a thin layer of glue.
- Join the two surfaces and wait 10 minutes.
- Cut the overhang with a sharp blade.
What kind of glue should I use?
Best results with our UB glue, but any contact glue or cyanoacrylate works.
